The Kando Box is installed once, next to the existing television, and it stays there. In the nursing home room, in the living room at home. It doesn't get carried around, it doesn't get lost, it doesn't need charging. It's simply there.

  • HDMI Connects to the existing TV, simply plugs into the mains
  • 100% Proprietary AI models, HDS-hosted in France
  • 0 Screens to hold during care

The caregiver enters with a smartphone. The TV must be turned off to dictate, and the device needs charging. A screen separates caregiver and resident, who cannot see or hear what is being recorded.

Connected via HDMI, it switches the TV on and off and returns to the channel automatically. When the caregiver badges in on entering, the screen activates and displays what they need. No remote control, no handling.

The Box captures the ambient context: the conversation between caregiver and resident, sounds from the environment, readings from connected devices. It does more than just listen for a voice command.

Because the Box displays on the television, the resident sees and hears the information that concerns them. They can react, correct, confirm. Care is no longer done around them. It's done with them.

What the Box takes care of.

  • The optimal Kando Care experience Badge in on entry, natural language during care, TV display for review, voice validation. No wearable device, no friction. The Box understands the context and prepares the information to be transcribed.

  • Kando Nurse Call built in The Box hosts the nurse call system. A single device for both care and calls. The resident calls by voice or by button, and the context is captured immediately.

  • Personalised information display Messages for the resident, community life information, facility announcements: everything appears on the television at the right time.

  • Connected biometric devices  Measured readings flow directly into the Box and feed the record. No manual entry of vital signs.

  • Contextual alerts The Box detects signals from the environment and can trigger alerts for care follow-up.

  • Family app Relatives can send photos and videos that appear directly on the resident's television.
