Kando Meet: welcoming a new resident starts before arrival.
Moving into a nursing home is an emotionally charged life moment for the resident and their loved ones. Kando Meet prepares that welcome in advance: the essential information is gathered before day one, by the right people, with no extra effort for the teams.
A welcome is prepared, not improvised at the last minute.
Today, information about a new resident often arrives on the day they move in: incomplete, scattered across several contacts. The team discovers the person at the very moment they take over their care.
Kando Meet reverses that logic: the file is ready before arrival.
How it works.
By voice or in writing. Photos can be added for glasses or hearing aids. PDFs for medication treatments. In several steps, at your own pace.
The team sees the completion rate of each form and can send an automatic or manual reminder before the move-in date.
The food-preferences form goes to the kitchen. The administrative form goes to the office. The health section goes to the head nurse. Each department receives what concerns it.
The information is available in Kando Space and sent directly into Kando.
